Scott A. Terry joined Lindabury McCormick Estabrook & Cooper, P.C. in November 2007. Scott has more than 30 years of experience in all aspects of real estate law including acquisitions, leasing, financing, loan workouts, foreclosures, and co-op and condominium law. He represents individuals and developers in residential and commercial real estate transactions. Scott also frequently handles Municipal Court matters in Union, Morris, and Essex Counties.
Scott is a frequent lecturer to local realtors and residents on recent legal and other real estate related issues. His expertise and professionalism have earned him the positions of President, Vice President, and Treasurer of the Summit Bar Association, Trustee and Treasurer of two local charitable foundations, and officer/committee member of a local fraternal organization. He is also active in numerous civic organizations including the Summit Police Athletic League and Summit Youth Football, among others.
Prior to joining Lindabury McCormick Estabrook & Cooper, P.C., Scott was a partner with Hartlaub Dotten and Terry, P.C. in Summit for over 20 years.
