New local mandatory paid sick leave requirements took effect in 2015. Add those to the eight federal and state statutes that require employers to provide leave or wage replacement, and you’ve got a maze of laws affecting workplace policies.

This seminar is designed to provide a roadmap with relevant case studies and practical examples for dealing with overlapping leave entitlements.
