Lisa Gingeleskie to Present Webinar on the Paycheck Protection Program Flexibility Act

This webinar, presented for The Greater Westfield Area Chamber of Commerce will focus on the Paycheck Protection Program Flexibility Act of 2020 (“PPPFA”) which is aimed at providing borrowers with additional flexibility to maximize forgiveness of loans received under the Paycheck Protection Program (“PPP”).  Lisa Gingeleskie of the firm’s Labor, Employment, and Employee Benefits group will discuss provisions of the PPPFA including the extension of the program’s application period, repayment terms and safe harbor provisions for employers.
