Labor & Employment Partner Lisa Gingeleskie will lead a session on employment law and codes of conduct at the Health Care Association of New Jersey’s Top Gun School for Assisted Living Nurses.  Lisa’s program will help attendees to understand the employment codes of conduct as well as the hiring and terminating of employees, and compliance with employment law. The target issues are specific to the assisted living resident rights and conduct.
