On December 2, 2015, Employment litigation attorney Steven Backfisch will participate in an Employment Seminar hosted by the New Jersey Business and Industry Association.  The NJBIA program is titled, “Documentation, Discipline & Discharge” and is designed to help employers manage the disciplining of their workforces legally and effectively.  Steve will share insights from his 30 year career by providing specific examples of steps business owners and their managers can take when documenting, disciplining and in some instances discharging, problem employees.
