Jim’s first session will feature a discussion on “Workforce Development Activities” that can enhance your program, including:

• Youth apprenticeship programs;
• Joint labor management initiatives; and
• Workforce development in the classroom

Elizabeth and Jim will also present a “Fit for Duty” session which will feature a discussion on the issues associated with the legalization of marijuana and the rising use of prescription drugs including:
