Every June, over 150 attorneys attend NJICLE’s Annual Hot Tips in Labor and Employment Law Seminar at the New Jersey Law Center to hear some of New Jersey’s leading labor and employment practitioners share practical “hot tips”about techniques they use to successfully handle employment matters. Lindabury’s Labor & Employment practice group co-chair, John Schmidt, will be speaking again at this year’s seminar on the topic of  New Jersey Conscientious Employee Protection Act (CEPA).
