Structuring your Business for Liability Protections and Tax Advantages

On February 20, 2015 Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper will host The Gateway Association of Business Women from 8:15 a.m.-9:30 a.m. in our Westfield New Jersey office.

Monica Vir will lead a discussion that will compare and contrast the tax implications and liability aspects of C-Corps, S-Corps, LLCs, and Limited Partnerships.  Each entity structure provides its own set of unique advantages and disadvantages.  The hope is that attendees will leave with a better understanding of each structure so they are well informed when choosing how their own business should be established.
