On Monday, June 3rd, Honorable John M. Boyle (Ret.) will be honored with the Honorable James S. LaCorte Trusts, Estates & Elder Law Award from the Bar Foundation of Union County.

This event will include a pre-dinner seminar on “Death & Divorce: What Family Lawyers and Estate Planning/Administration Lawyers Need to Learn From Each Other”. Honorable Thomas J. Walsh, PJSC, Sheryl Seiden, Esq., Marisa Lepore Hovanec, Esq., and Cheryl Berman, Esq. will be speaking on the panel. This program has been tentatively approved by the Board of Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 2.0 hours of total CLE credit.  Of these, 1.5 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in Civil Law or Family Law.

This event will be held at Galloping Hill Golf Course in Kenilworth, New Jersey.

The pre-dinner seminar will take place from 4:30 – 6:00 p.m.  Dinner will be served following the seminar from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m.  An awards ceremony will take place beginning at 7:00 p.m.
