Join Estate Planning Attorneys Anne Marie Robbins and Lauren Mulcahy as they lead a engaging meeting of the Summit New Jersey pod of Believe Inspire Grow.  Joining Anne Marie and Lauren will be a financial planner from Prudential and a mortgage professional with Red Oak Mortgage.  The group will talk through several hypothetical scenarios with attendees which will focus on common issues families face when planning for their future including the distribution of assets among heirs, tax consequences and tools that can be employed to make probating an estate easier.

This interactive discussion will provide attendees with a better understanding of the estate planning process and how to approach decisions related to the disposition of a family business, the transmission of accumulated wealth, considerations involved with second marriages, family members with special needs and the preservation of family assets.
